In accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council as of April 16th, 2014 on market abuse (Regulation on market abuse) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003/124/ EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72 / EC and Article 2 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/523 of March 10th, 2016 on setting implementing technical standards regarding the format and template for the notification and publication of transactions by managers in accordance with Regulation (EU) ) no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, we hereby inform you that on December 5th , 2022, we received a notification from Mr. Jasmin Kotur from Zagreb, Miroševečka cesta 95, on the disposal of 40.000 shares of Span d.d. (SPAN-R-A). Mr. Jasmin Kotur is a Member of the Supervisory Board.
