Spacetalk Ltd (ASX: SPA) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Spacetalk Ltd (‘SPA’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of SPA, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 28 July 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Spacetalk Ltd. ( ASX: SPA ) ( Company ) requests that the ASX grant a trading halt of its securities pending release of an announcement regarding an article published by The Australian Financial Review on 25 July 2021, reporting on employment termination proceedings commenced by a former employee.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company making the announcement or the market open on 28 July 2021.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
