Big W to sell Spacetalk In-Store

Highlights

• Australian Retailer Big W to range Spacetalk Adventurer in-store and on-line

• Targeted for launch in November 2021

Spacetalk Ltd. (ASX:SPA) (“Spacetalk”), developer of innovative technologies that keep families safe and connected, is pleased to announce that Big W will range Spacetalk Adventurer across its Australian stores after promising sales online.

Big W is an Australian department store operator and a division of the Woolworths Group. It operates 183 stores across Australia with approximately 18,000 employees.

Spacetalk and Big W are targeting to launch in store in November 2021, with the Spacetalk Adventurer watches to initially range in 50 Big W stores while continuing on-line.

Spacetalk CEO Mark Fortunatow said: “We welcome Big W to our rapidly growing Spacetalk family and appreciate and acknowledge their desire to distribute our all-in-one smartphone watches.

We look forward to working with Big W to continue to grow and nurture the rapidly evolving kids wearables category.“

The financial impact on Spacetalk of selling through Big W is currently unknown, with no guaranteed or minimum level of revenue, however, the Company expects it to have a direct positive impact on the total revenue of the Company and be reflected in the disclosure thereof.
