School News Channel PCT PATENT CLAIMS ACCEPTED

School communications group MGM Wireless Ltd advises that a Patent Application relating to billing technology for its School News Channel™ Messaging Platform has been established following acceptance of all claims by the World Intellectual Property Office.

The International Preliminary Examination Report received by the Company shows that all claims for the msgPool™ School Messaging system meet the WIPO requirements for novelty, inventive step and industrial applicability.

A spokesperson from Collison and Co, Australian and New Zealand Patent and Trade Mark Attorney’s for MGM Wireless Holdings Pty Ltd said “this is the best possible start for any patent application and marks a milestone for the Company. More often than not, applications are rejected at first, and it’s not common to receive such a positive report”.

The roll out of School News Channel™ is likely to have a significant positive revenue impact on the Company. This most recent Patent Application sets the stage for the product to be launched in Australia via on-line social media channels and local representatives.
