Notice under ASX Listing Rule 3.10A
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Spacetalk Ltd. (ASX:SPA) (“Spacetalk” or “Company”), advises that 30,000 fully paid ordinary shares subject to a voluntary escrow period of 12 months (“Escrowed Securities”), will be released from escrow on 10 February 2022.
The Escrowed Securities were issued on 10 February 2021 following the vesting of employee incentive rights. For further information, refer to the ASX announcement of 10 February 2021.
