ASX Market Announcements Australian Stock Exchange Limited 20 Bridge Street Sydney NSW 2000

MGM Wireless Half-Year 2012 Profit Guidance

February 8, 2012

School communications group, MGM Wireless expects to announce its results for the six months ended 31 December 2011 on February 16, 2012.

The indicative net profit for the period is in excess of $220K, which compares with $45K for the same period in 2010 and $257K for the full year ended June 30, 2011.

The result reflects the continued growth in penetration of the schools market throughout Australia, the company’s success in launching new products and the scale benefits of the internet environment, in which the company operates.

On 31 January 2012, MGM Wireless launched a limited on-line marketing campaign for its School News Channel service. By subscribing to the School News Channel, parents, grandparents, guardians, and old scholars can receive notice and reminders of school events via SMS text messaging. The early response has been very positive and the company is using the feedback to fine tune the user experience and system integration ahead of a national roll-out over the course of the year.
