Companies Announcement Office Australian Stock Exchange Limited 20 Bridge Street Sydney NSW 2000

ASX Release MGM Wireless Ltd

Profit Guidance Update

Monday 31 January 2011

South Australian-based school communications group MGM Wireless Ltd said today that reported Net Profit Before Tax for the half year July to December 2010 is expected to be between \$30,000 - \$40,000 as compared to \$4,843 for the same period in 2009.

The higher forecast has come about primarily due to existing multi-year subscription income reaching a critical mass where this revenue can now profitably fund the company's ongoing operations and development. A further contributing factor has been the flow through of cost savings due to streamlined business processes in customer service, research, development, administration and sales. This marks a significant milestone in the Company's history.
