The company advises that the executive chairman, Mr Fortunatow, has exercised 2,500,000 options expiring 31 December 2007 at an exercise price of 3 cents each. An Appendix 3B and Appendix 3Y is attached.
As advised in the company's notice of annual general meeting, Mr Sciano, who was due to retire by rotation, elected not to seek re-election. The Board thanks Mr Sciano for diligently serving the company for the past 5 years. An Appendix 3Z – Final Director's Interest Notice is attached.
