Spacetalk Ltd (ASX: SPA) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Spacetalk Ltd (‘SPA’) will be halted at the request of SPA, pending the release of an announcement by SPA.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 27 March 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

SPA’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Request for Trading Halt: Spacetalk Ltd (ASX SPA)

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Spacetalk Ltd (ASX: SPA) ( Spacetalk ) requests a trading halt be granted by ASX Limited (ASX) with respect to its fully paid ordinary shares from the commencement of trade on Wednesday, 25 March 2026.

The following information is provided in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1:

1. Reason for trading halt – The trading halt is requested by Spacetalk to assist in managing its disclosure obligations and to maintain an orderly market, in connection with a material capital raising via a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors.

2. Duration of the trading halt – Spacetalk requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of:

   • a. The commencement of trading on Friday, 27 March 2026; or

   • b. The release of an announcement to the ASX concerning the outcome of the capital raising.

3. Termination of the trading halt – Spacetalk anticipates the trading halt will cease upon the earlier of a release of an announcement by the Company on the capital rising or on commencement of normal trading on Friday, 27 March 2026.

4. No reason – Spacetalk is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
