Spacetalk Ltd (ASX: SPA) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Spacetalk Ltd (‘SPA’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of SPA, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 10 April 2025 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Spacetalk Ltd – Request for trading halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Spacetalk Ltd (ASX: SPA) ( SPA ) requests that an immediate trading halt be granted by ASX Limited ( ASX ) with respect to SPA’s fully paid ordinary shares, from the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 8 April 2025 , until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Thursday, 10 April 2025 or the release to the market of an announcement by SPA concerning a proposed capital raising by way of a placement ( Capital Raising ).

The following further information is provided in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1:

1. Duration of the trading halt – SPA requests the trading halt to be in place until the earlier of the time at which SPA makes an announcement to the market regarding the Capital Raising, or the commencement of trading on Thursday, 10 April 2025.

2. Event to end the trading halt – SPA expects the trading halt to be ended following the release to the market of SPA’s announcement in respect of the Capital Raising, prior to the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 10 April 2025.

3. Not aware of any reason not to grant – SPA is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

4. No other information – There is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
