NOTICE OF EXPIRY OF LISTED OPTIONS

Spacetalk Ltd (ASX: SPA) (“Spacetalk” or “the Company”) advises that the listed options exercisable at $0.35 on or before 22 September 2025 ( Listed Options ), will cease quotation at close of trading on 16 September 2025.

The attached letter has been sent to registered holders of Listed Options advising of the upcoming expiry, in accordance with paragraph 5.2 of Appendix 6A of the ASX Listing Rules.

Dear Optionholder,

Notification of Expiry of Listed Options (ASX: SPAO)

We write to remind you as a registered holder of listed options (ASX: SPAO) ( Listed Options ) in Spacetalk Limited (“ Spacetalk ” or the “ Company ”) that the Listed Options with an exercise price of $0.35 ( Exercise Price), will expire at 5:00pm (AEST) on 22 September 2025 ( Expiry Date ).

Optionholders have three choices:

• Sell the Listed Options . Quotation of the Listed Options will cease at the close of trade on Tuesday, 16 September 2025.

• Do nothing . The Listed Options will expire at 5:00pm (AEST) on the Expiry Date and your right to subscribe for Shares at $0.35 per Share will lapse.

• Exercise your options. Payment (in cleared funds) of the exercise price of your Listed Options must be received by no later than 5:00pm (AEST) on 22 September 2025 (being the Expiry Date). A personalised option exercise form is attached to this notice.

Under paragraph 5.2 of Appendix 6A of the Listing Rules, the Company is required to advise Optionholders of the following information:

• The Exercise Price of each Listed Option is $0.35.

• Official quotation of the Listed Options on ASX will cease at the close of trading on Tuesday, 16 September 2025.

• The latest available market price of the Spacetalk shares is the close of trade price on Friday, 15 August 2025, being $0.13 per share.

• The highest trading price of Spacetalk shares during the last three months was $0.20 on the 21st and 22nd of May 2025.

• The lowest trading price of Spacetalk shares during the last three months was $0.13 on 15 August 2025.

• There is no underwriting agreement in place for the exercise of the Listed Options.
