Non-Renounceable Rights Issue Shortfall Closure

Spacetalk Limited (ASX:SPA) (“Spacetalk” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the receipt of valid applications for shares totaling $144,240 available under the Non-Renounceable Rights Issue Shortfall Facility announced to ASX on 28 August 2023 and 25 September 2023.

Included within these applications is an application from Chair, Georg Chmiel, for a further investment of $100,000. In accordance with ASX Listing Rules, the Company proposes to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on 24 January 2024 for the purpose of considering the issuance of the associated shares and options to Mr Chmiel (or his nominee).

As a result of the applications received, the Directors have determined that the Shortfall Facility is now closed.
