Notice under ASX Listing Rule 3.10A
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Spacetalk Ltd. (ASX:SPA) (“Spacetalk” or “Company”), advises that 75,000 fully paid ordinary shares subject to a voluntary escrow period of 12 months (“Escrowed Securities”), will be released from escrow on 24 January 2022.
The Escrowed Securities were issued on 22 January 2021 following the vesting of employee incentive rights. For further information, refer to the ASX announcement of 22 January 2021.
