US Consumer Electronics Retailer Best Buy to Range Spacetalk

• Leading US consumer electronics retailer Best Buy to range Spacetalk Adventurer wearables

Spacetalk Ltd. (ASX:SPA) (“Spacetalk” or “Company”), developer of innovative technologies providing child safety and development tools to support wellness, is pleased to announce that Best Buy will range Spacetalk’s Adventurer wearables in the United States of America (“US”).

Best Buy is a leading US consumer electronics retailer who seek to enrich lives through technology. Best Buy operates more than 1,000 stores and has approximately 100,000 employees in the United States and Canada.

Initially to be sold through Best Buy’s on-line channels, the Spacetalk Adventurer will be bundled with a JumpySIM cellular (mobile) network SIM to provide Best Buy’s customers with the market leading kids wearable experience.

The financial impact on Spacetalk of selling through Best Buy is currently unknown, with no guaranteed or minimum level of revenue, however, the Company expects it to have a direct positive impact on the total revenue of the Company and be reflected in the disclosure thereof.

Spacetalk CEO Mark Fortunatow said : “We are very excited that Best Buy US has joined the Spacetalk family to distribute our market leading kid’s wearable, the Adventurer.
