Update to entitlement issue timetable

Spacetalk Ltd ( Spacetalk or the Company ) (ASX: SPA) refers to its prospectus dated 25 November 2022 ( Prospectus ) with respect to a non-renounceable entitlement issue on the terms set out in the Prospectus.

The Company hereby advises that the indicative timetable set out in the Prospectus is replaced with the timetable set out below:
