Loan Drawdown

Spacetalk Ltd. (ASX:SPA) (“Spacetalk” or “Company”), developer of innovative technologies that keep families safe and connected, advises that it has drawn down the $3 million Term Loan (‘Term Loan’) portion of the loan facility for up to $5 million (‘Loan Facility’) entered into with PURE Asset Management Pty Ltd (‘Lender’).

The Term Loan funds will be utilised to fund inventory purchases to support the Company’s improved sales performance (including, most immediately, relating to channel infill associated with the onboarding of Telstra), geographic expansion activities, brand investment, working capital and general corporate purposes.

In line with the requirements for drawdown and utilisation of the Term Loan, the Company has issued the Lender with an option for 11 million shares exercisable at 30 cents (‘Warrant’).
