Share Purchase Plan Closing Date Extended

Spacetalk Ltd. (ASX:SPA) (“Spacetalk” or “Company”), developer of innovative technologies that keep families safe and connected, advises that the closing date of the share purchase plan (SPP) which opened on 12 November 2021, has been extended to 5:00 pm (Adelaide time) on Thursday, 2 December 2021.

The indicative key dates in relation to the SPP have been revised as follows:

	Closing date of SPP	2 December 2021
	Announcement of results of SPP	8 December 2021
	Issue date for new shares	9 December 2021
	New shares commence trading on ASX	10 December 2021

The new capital raised will enable the Company to enter into distribution negotiations, confident in its ability to meet demand. It will provide the resources to invest in inventory and to pre-purchase key components to minimise, or where possible avoid, supply chain disruptions. It will also provide the necessary funds for Spacetalk to develop its next generation of wearables and applications.
