Description

The securities of MGM Wireless Limited (‘MWR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MWR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 23 September 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, MGM Wireless Limited ( ASX:MWR ) ( Company ) requests that ASX grant a trading halt of its securities pending release of an announcement regarding an institutional placement.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company making the announcement or market open on 23 September 2019.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
