LAPSE OF UNVESTED EMPLOYEE RETENTION RIGHTS

20 December 2019 – Technology company MGM Wireless Limited (ASX:MWR) (‘MGM Wireless’) advises 30,000 unvested retention rights have lapsed following the resignation of an employee.

Following the lapse of these retention rights, 767,500 retention rights remain on issue.
