MGM Wireless Limited – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of MGM Wireless Limited (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 18 April 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT - 2 PENDING ANNOUCMENTS SPACETALK BRICKS AND MORTAR RETAIL SALES DISTRIBUTION & CAPITAL RAISING

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, MGM Wireless Limited ( Company ) requests that ASX grant a trading halt of its securities effective immediately pending the release of announcements regarding:

• bricks and mortar retail sales distribution of its SPACETALK all-in-one phone, watch and GPS Tracker, and;

• a capital raising by the Company.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company making an announcement or market open on 18 April 2018.

The Company confirms it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
