MGM Wireless Limited (ASX: MWR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of MGM Wireless Limited (‘MWR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MWR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 3 October 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT PENDING ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING A CAPITAL RAISING

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, MGM Wireless Limited ( Company ) requests that ASX grant a trading halt of its securities effective immediately pending release of an announcement regarding a capital raising by the Company.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company making an announcement or market open on 3 October 2018.

The Company confirms it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
