SIGNS SPACETALK® MASTER SUPPLY AGREEMENT

Highlights:

• New Zealand’s largest telecommunications provider SPARK New Zealand Limited (“SPARK”), signs Master Supply Agreement to sell SPACETALK®.

• SPARK will sell SPACETALK® in each of its 73 retail stores as well as online.

• Launch to commence Wednesday November 14th with inventory in all SPARK stores.

5 November 2018 – Technology company MGM Wireless Limited (ASX:MWR) (‘MGM’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce that SPARK, New Zealand’s largest telecommunications provider, has signed a Master Services Agreement with the Company to sell the SPACETALK® Kids Watch.

The SPACETALK® launch by SPARK is another significant milestone for the Company.

Commenting on today’s announcement, Company CEO Mark Fortunatow said: “We are tremendously excited to add our first international Mobile Network Operator to our growing network of bricks and mortar distributors. Further we see it as a huge endorsement by a leading international telco of the calibre of SPARK. Thanks to SPARK, New Zealand parents will now be able to go to any one of their 73 stores across New Zealand, to look, touch and feel our revolutionary kids watch and GPS wearable device.”

SPACETALK® is currently available in Australia online via JB Hi-Fi and allmytribe.com and is stocked by regional electronics retailer Leading Edge. From this Wednesday November 14, 2018, SPACETALK® will be stocked by 195 JB Hi-Fi Australian stores and in New Zealand in all 73 SPARK stores.

SPACETALK® is an all-in-one children’s phone, watch and GPS device that allows families to be in constant contact without exposing children to the dangers of social media apps and unrestricted access to the Internet.
