CONVERTIBLE NOTE FACILITY DRAWING

30 November 2018 – Technology company MGM Wireless Limited (ASX:MWR) (‘MGM’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce that further to the $2 million Convertible Note Facility announced on 3 October 2018, and following approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting of all relevant resolutions, it has drawn down on the first $500,000 tranche and issued 250,000, $4.00, 2 year options to the funders of the Convertible Note. In addition, 300,000 options, on the same terms as the aforementioned, have been issued to Gleneagle Securities and its nominees.

Attached is an Appendix 3B and notice in accordance with sub-section 708A(12D) of the Corporations Act as modified by ASIC Instrument 2016/82, in respect of the issue.
