Extension to Entitlement Offer Closing Date
MGM Wireless (ASX:MWR) ( Company ) notifies shareholders that it has decided to extend the Closing Date of the non-renounceable entitlement offer ( Entitlement Offer ), from 5.00 pm (Adelaide time) on 20 September 2017 to 5.00 pm (Adelaide time) on 26 September 2017 .
The Entitlement Offer is an offer of approximately 1,086,430 new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company ( New Shares ) on the basis of 1 New Share for every 8 existing shares held by eligible shareholders on the Record Date ( Entitlement ) at an issue price of $0.35 (35 cents) per New Share to raise approximately $380,250 million (before costs).
The revised Entitlement Offer timetable is as follows:
