MGM Wireless Achieves Successful First Production Run Of New Smartwatch

Wednesday 20 September 2017 – Technology company MGM Wireless Limited (ASX:MWR) (“MGM” or “the

Company”) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the first production run of its Spacetalk children’s 3G GPS smartwatch, with delivery to Australia expected later this month.

The device is the first Australian and one of the first worldwide 3G smartwatch phone and GPS tracker’s designed specifically for children and operates with the AllMyTribe child safety and Internet of Things (IoT) platform.

Spacetalk allows parents and children to be in constant contact via two-way 3G communication and features GPS tracking and alerts so that parents are notified whenever children leave designated “safe spaces” such as school or home.

Online sales of Spacetalk are anticipated to commence on 3 October 2017 through the Company’s own website, with wider retail distribution targeted in time for the peak Christmas and back to school retail sales period.

Entitlement Offer

The Company reminds shareholders that the offer period for the Entitlement Offer announced on 30 August 2017 closes at 5.00 pm (Adelaide time) on 26 September 2017. Proceeds from the Entitlement Offer will be used to increase the funds currently available to promote sales of the first manufacturing run of the smartwatches.
