TRADING HALT

The securities of MGM Wireless Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 30 December 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT PENDING FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT NEW COMMERCIAL CONTRACT

The board of directors of MGM Wireless Ltd (ASX code: MWR) wishes to place the Company into a trading halt pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1 pending a further announcement concerning a new significant commercial contract.

The company requests the trading halt tol operate until the announcement is made which is expected to be later today.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
