Appointment of Director

Spacetalk Ltd (ASX: SPA) ("Spacetalk" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Grover as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, was completed today.

It is expected that Mr Grover will seek election as a director at the 2026 Annual General Meeting.

Mr Grover will be remunerated on the same terms as the existing Non-Executive Directors, with a cash fee of $45K per annum, subject to shareholder approval $20K pa worth of performance rights valued at the financial year volume weighted average price and statutory superannuation. The details of Andrew’s experience and qualifications were provided in the announcement released to the ASX, on 27 March 2026.

Commenting on Mr Grover’s appointment , Spacetalk’s Chair Georg Chmiel said “I welcome Andrew to the Spacetalk Board. Andrew’s skills and experience at senior management and board level within technology and global companies will be an important addition to Spacetalk as the company continues to grow and expand”

The release of this announcement has been approved by Spacetalk’s Board of Directors.
