CFO Transition

Nearmap leadership team reunited to drive growth

Spacetalk Ltd (ASX:SPA), a leader in innovative communication solutions for families, schools, and senior communities, today announces a significant transition within its executive team. Tonderai Maenzanise will be stepping down from his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Spacetalk extends its sincere gratitude to Mr. Maenzanise for his dedication and contributions to the company during his tenure.

We are delighted to confirm the appointment of Gerhard Beukes as the Interim CFO of Spacetalk. Mr. Beukes brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success, having previously served as CFO and COO of Nearmap where he played a pivotal role in the company's growth and success. His expertise in strategic financial management and planning will be invaluable to Spacetalk as we focus on executing our strategic plan and achieving sustainable profitability.

Gerhard Beukes and Simon Crowther, CEO of Spacetalk, were founding management team members of Nearmap, which has since become a high-profile Australian start-up success and unicorn in the technology sector. Their reunion at Spacetalk marks an exciting new chapter for the company, with both expressing enthusiasm about the prospects and growth opportunities for the company.
