Appointment of interim Chief Financial Officer

Spacetalk Limited (ASX:SPA) (“Spacetalk”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tonderai Maenzanise as Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Tonderai has over 20 years’ experience in a range of senior finance roles working across several countries including the UK, US, Zimbabwe and Australia. He most recently held the role of CFO at Grays. Prior to that he was CFO at RT Health and Group Financial Controller at FlexiGroup (FXL). He started his career at Deloitte.

Commenting on the appointment, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Simon Crowther, said:

“I am delighted that Tonderai has joined Spacetalk as our interim Chief Financial Officer. Tonderai has extensive experience and held a variety of senior finance roles and is a great addition to the Spacetalk Leadership Team. This is another important step in us resetting our business as we focus on execution in the Australian market and upskilling our organisation. I am excited to have Tonderai on board and look forward to working closely with him whilst we continue our search for a permanent CFO.”
