Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Spacetalk Limited (ASX:SPA) (“ Spacetalk ”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan Graney as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from 1[st] May 2023.

Susan has over 20 years’ experience in a range of senior finance roles across retail, manufacturing, wholesale and export sectors within both listed and private entities. She most recently held the role of Chief Operating and Financial Officer for Genea Limited. Prior to that she served as Chief Financial Officer at each of Best and Less, Darrell Lea and Fantastic Holdings (ASX:FAN).

Commenting on the appointment, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Simon Crowther, said:

“ I am delighted that Susan will be joining Spacetalk as our Chief Financial Officer. Susan has extensive experience in manufacturing and retail sectors which will be very beneficial to the company as we optimise our operations and reporting.
