Experienced finance executive appointed as new Spacetalk Chief Financial Officer

Spacetalk Limited (ASX:SPA) ("Spacetalk" or "the Company") today announces the resignation of Susan Graney as Chief Financial Officer of Spacetalk due to unforeseen personal circumstances. The Spacetalk Board of Directors has appointed existing Spacetalk employee Tonderai Maenzanise, who is an experienced finance executive, as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer, effective 10 July 2023.

Tonderai is a well-regarded executive with over 20 years' experience in Audit, Engineering Services, Financial Services and Insurance sectors roles, both in Australia and overseas. Prior to joining Spacetalk, Tonderai was the CFO of Grays.Com Limited and RT Health Fund. He previously held senior finance positions at FlexiGroup Limited and Transfield Services Limited. Tonderai is a Deloitte trained Chartered Accountant and has international exposure in Zimbabwe, USA, and the UK. Tonderai has expertise in strategic planning, transformation, financial reporting and operations, capital, liquidity and financial management, mergers and acquisitions, IPO, corporate governance, taxation, financial systems implementation, cost rationalisation, compliance and regulation, executive leadership, mentoring and coaching.
