Non- Executive Director Retirement

Spacetalk Ltd. (ASX: SPA) (“Spacetalk” or “Company”), the Australian company that provides safety and connectivity to families, advises that Non-Executive Director, Mr Saurabh Jain has advised of his retirement from office with Immediate effect and will not be standing for re-election at today’s Annual General Meeting.

Georg Chmiel, Chair, said “We would like to thank Saurabh for his contributions as Non-Executive Director and as Acting Chief Executive Officer during the transition period to Simon Crowther. We are sorry to see him leave and wish him all the best in his future career.”

As a result of Mr Jain’s retirement, Resolution 3, as contained within the Annual General Meeting Notice of Meeting, has been withdrawn and will not be put to today’s Annual General Meeting.
