Change in Management Personnel

Spacetalk Ltd. (ASX:SPA) (“Spacetalk” or “Company”), developer of innovative technologies providing child safety and development tools to support wellness, advises that Chief Financial Officer, Mr Jarred Puro has resigned from the Company. Mr Puro has decided to pursue interests outside of Spacetalk.

Spacetalk extend its thanks to Mr Puro for his long and valuable service.

The Company will shortly be commencing a search for a new Chief Financial Officer. Mr Puro will be available to Spacetalk during his 90-day notice period to ensure an orderly transition.

This announcement has been authorised by the Spacetalk Board of Directors.
