Further Leadership Update

Spacetalk Ltd. (ASX:SPA) (“Spacetalk” or “Company”), advises that, further to its announcement of 7 October 2022, the Spacetalk Board has today exercised its rights under the employment contract of Mr Mark Fortunatow, the Company’s former Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. As a result, Mr Fortunatow’s termination is effective immediately and without payment of the balance of his notice period.

This announcement has been authorised by the Spacetalk board.
