EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

MGM Wireless (ASX:MWR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tara Lewis-Christie as an Executive Director.

Mrs Lewis-Christie has been with MGM Wireless since early 2010, where her current role is Chief Operating Officer. She first joined the Company as Assistant to the CFO, and then progressed to Company Accountant. She has also held a variety of other key senior management positions at MGM Wireless including Client Management, Inside Sales and Product Development.

With formal qualifications in Financial Management, prior to MGM Wireless, Mrs LewisChristie held management positions in the tourism, hospitality and food sectors.

Originally from Broken Hill and where she first started her career, at the age of 23, Mrs Lewis-Christie founded and operated a successful bookkeeping business for local companies where she won the prestigious Town Award for Business Person of the Year, 2009 – People’s Choice Award. In the same year she was also nominated for Business Support Person of the Year.

Mrs Lewis-Christie is married and the mother of two primary school age children.

Mrs Lewis-Christie’s total remuneration package is $110,572 excluding superannuation.
