DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
MGM Wireless (ASX: MWR) announces the resignation of Mr Shaun Collopy as a nonexecutive director. Mr Collopy is leaving the Board to pursue other business opportunities.
MGM Wireless thanks Mr Collopy for the contribution he has made to the company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

“Mr Collopy’s contribution to MGM’s growth and development since he joined the board in 2011 has been significant. He brought much business acumen and introduced many technical advancements to the company’s infrastructure, systems and products. We will miss his contributions in the capacity of a Director, and wish him well in his future business endeavours”.
Mr Collopy has indicated that when necessary his expertise and counsel can be called on in the future.
The Board intends to appoint an independent non-executive director as soon as a suitably qualified candidate is identified.
