DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
MGM Wireless wishes to announce the resignation of Hon John Dawkins AO as nonexecutive Director from the board of MGM Wireless.
"John has made a significant contribution to the progression and growth of MGM Wireless. His advice has been very valuable to the company during a period of strong growth and consolidation", said Mark Fortunatow, Chairman and co-founder of MGM Wireless. "On behalf of the board and all MGM shareholders, I would like to thank-him for his generous efforts and valuable contribution. The board of MGM Wireless wishes him well in his future endeavors".
Mr. Dawkins is leaving the board to pursue other corporate activities. He has indicated that when necessary his expertise and counsel can be called on in the future.

Mr Dawkins served for 11 years in the Federal Government as Treasurer and Minister for Employment, Education and Training among other posts.
