Resignation of Company Secretary

The Directors of MGM Wireless Ltd (ASX:MWR) wish to advise that Mr. Chris Peirce has resigned as Company Secretary to pursue other interests.

MGM Wireless Chairman, Mr. Mark Fortunatow, thanked Mr. Peirce for his contribution to the development of the Company.

Mr Fortunatow will take the position of Company Secretary in an interim capacity.
