Resignation and appointment of Company Secretary

MGM Wireless Ltd (ASX:MWR) is pleased to announce that Mr Chris Peirce has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 21 December 2009. He replaces Mr Neville Basset who resigns with effect from 21 December 2009. The Board wants to thank MR Bassett for his contribution to MGM Wireless Ltd.

Mr Peirce is a Company Secretary with over 15 years’ experience with the large private company AJ & PA McBride Pty Ltd who have extensive agribusiness interests throughout Southern Australia. With a large family-based investment structure this role had a strong emphasis on corporate governance and financial management.

Mr Peirce is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer of MGM Wireless Ltd on October 6, 2009.

Mr Peirce’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters of Agribusiness from University of Adelaide and a Graduate Certificate of Sustainable Business from University of South Australia. He has an accounting background, commencing with Forge and Partners and has worked in commerce since 1992. His most recent appointment was as Chief Financial Officer for Interfert Pty Ltd.

He brings a broad wealth of skills and experience to MGM Wireless Ltd.
