ASX Announcement | 13 December 2024 Spacetalk Ltd (ASX: SPA)
Auditor Appointment
Spacetalk Ltd. (ASX: SPA) (“Spacetalk” or “Company”) today advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, that effective today, RSM Australia Partners ( RSM ) have been appointed as auditors of the Company.
The change follows the resignation of the Company’s current auditor, William Buck (SA), in accordance with ASIC consent under section 329(5) of the Corporations Act. The change of auditor has occurred due to the Company tendering the external audit programme.
RSM’s appointment is effective until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. In accordance with section 327C of the Corporations Act, a resolution will be put to shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting to appoint RSM as the Company’s auditor.
