CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Technology company MGM Wireless Limited (ASX:MWR) (‘MGM’ or the ‘Company’) today announced, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, that with effect from 8 June 2018 Ian G McDonald has been appointed as auditor of the Company.

This appointment follows the resignation of the Company’s current auditor, Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd and ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with section 329(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act).

The Directors advise that the appointment of Ian G McDonald is in the best commercial interests of the Company and its shareholders.

In accordance with section 327C of Corporations Act, a resolution to ratify the appointment of Ian G McDonald as the Company’s auditor will be voted on by shareholders at the 2018 Annual General Meeting.
