ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DATE AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Spacetalk Ltd (ASX:SPA) today advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on 16 November 2023 at 2:30 pm (AEDT). The Company will provide further information in relation to attendance at the meeting in the Notice of Meeting.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3 and the Company’s constitution, nominations for election as a director of the Company must be received by the Company not later than 35 business days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting (i.e. by close of business in Sydney on 27 September 2023). Nominations must be in writing and include the nomination and the consent of the individual nominated.

Further details of the meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be distributed to shareholders in due course.
