Dividend announcement

SpaceandPeople, (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, announced in its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2018 on 25 March 2019, a proposed final dividend of 0.5 pence per share for which the key dates are as follows:

·       Ex-dividend date 4 April 2019

·       Record date 5 April 2019

·       Payment date 25 April 2019

The dividend is subject to shareholder approval which will be sought at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 24 April 2019.
