SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, has been notified that Maurice Helfgott, non-executive director of SpaceandPeople, has sold 85,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £1.325 per Ordinary Share on 23 January 2014.  Following this transaction, Mr Helfgott has an interest in 40,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.2 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
