SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, was notified today that Mrs Mairi Bending, wife of Matthew Bending, Chief Executive Officer of SpaceandPeople, bought 3,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £1.15 per Ordinary Share on 11 November 2013.  Following this transaction, Mr Bending has an interest in 2,096,500 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 10.74 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
