Director Dealing and Significant Shareholder Dealing

SpaceandPeople, the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, has been notified that   Maurice Helfgott, non-executive director of SpaceandPeople, has sold 1,033,894 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 1 May 2013 at a price of 86p per Ordinary Share.  As part of this disposal, 125,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.6 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital, were sold to Amery Capital Limited, a company beneficially owned by Maurice Helfgott.

Under the same terms, Michael Bennett and Maurice Bennett have also sold their entire holdings of 1,599,277 Ordinary Shares each. 

The aggregate of 4,107,488 Ordinary Shares have been acquired by several new and existing institutional shareholders.

Matthew Bending, Chief Executive of SpaceandPeople, commented:  "Following our acquisition of Retail Profile Holdings Limited in 2010 whereat the vendors accepted shares as part consideration, Maurice and Michael Bennett and Maurice Helfgott, the main vendors of Retail Profile, have as expected, sold the vast majority of their holdings in SpaceandPeople.  We are particularly pleased that their shares have been acquired by several new as well as existing institutional shareholders of the Company."
