Notice of AGM

SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, announces that notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held at 11.00am on 24 June 2020 at 100 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 2QD, has been posted to shareholders.

Due to the ongoing guidance in relation to the current Covid-19 pandemic, it is highly likely that shareholders will be required to submit proxy votes at the meeting only, as physical attendance will not be possible. Further details of the arrangements are included in the notice.

There will also be the opportunity to submit questions to the meeting in advance and a list of relevant questions and answers will be published by the Company.

The audit of the Company's financial results for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("FY19") is ongoing, with additional review and testing being performed due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.  Consequently, the Annual Report and Accounts for FY19 will not be capable of being posted to shareholders in time for this meeting. A separate general meeting will be held to receive the Annual Report and Accounts for FY19, further details for which will be provided in due course.
