Result of AGM
SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting held today at 13:30 were duly passed.
The resolutions passed included a resolution approving the payment of a final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2018 of 0.50 pence per share. As announced on 25 March 2019, this will be paid on 25 April 2019 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 5 April 2019.
