Result of AGM

SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed. 

During the AGM, Matthew Bending, Chief Executive Officer, took the opportunity to thank Alfred Stirling following his decision not to be re-elected to the Board. Fred was essential to the initial development, and funding of the Company, and has played an important role of mentor and company champion. To recognise this contribution we invited Fred to become Honorary President of the Company. We all wish him well.
