Result of AGM
SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed. The resolutions included a resolution approving the payment of a final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2013 in the sum of 4.10 pence per share and as such this will now be paid on 25 April 2014 to shareholders on the register on 4 April 2014.
